This course is designed to be self-paced which means you can proceed through the lessons at any time that it is convenient for you. The lessons include video presentations and additional resources. The instructions will be there for you to print off and keep. Included will be a zoom session to which you will be invited where you can ask questions and watch me pressure can.

As a student of this course, you can, for the lifetime of the course email me with any problem pertaining to preserving using a pressure canner (limited to 5 emails a month) and I will endeavor to help you.  I may be able to answer by email or I may have to set up a zoom session to work out what you are doing.
